Happiness is not far from the city. Enjoy the classic old houses by the water at ‘Suan Sampran’, Nakhon Pathom province.

Visiting Amphoe Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom province, you’ll find that this province isn’t just famous for its “sweet pomelo, jasmine rice…” No, sir! Amphoe Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom, is renowned for its culinary delights. Here, you’ll find reasonably priced fruits, high-quality signature dishes at local eateries, and plenty of hip cafes. Each place has its own unique charm, tempting you with diverse choices. You can definitely explore a different spot every day for a month, without repeating, guaranteed!

Exploring Sam Phran for a one-day trip is truly comfortable. However, if you’re tired of the hustle and bustle of city life and want to change the atmosphere for an overnight stay, Hotelandresortthailand recommends “Suan Sampran” as the best accommodation option in the Sam Phran area. Located by the Tha Chin River, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset in the river’s curve, surrounded by nature, waterways, trees, and the local community’s way of life. Besides relaxing by the riverside at “Suan Sampran,” you’ll also be close to interesting tourist attractions such as Rai Khing Temple, Don Wai Floating Market, Phra Pathom Chedi, and Bangsai Royal Palace. Moreover, the drive from Bangkok takes only 1 hour, making it a convenient and enjoyable trip for your day off!

“Suan Sampran” is a hotel that has been providing services for a long time at very affordable prices, starting at just 2,000++ baht. The buildings and beautiful gardens are well-maintained. For those who love nature, lush greenery is everywhere you look. It’s a high-quality oasis near Bangkok, offering an organic atmosphere and various Thai cultural activities. It’s safe to say that you’ll definitely fall in love with this place!

What’s even more impressive is the cleanliness measures here. We were highly impressed with their strict hygiene protocols. Before check-in, guests must pass through screening points where body temperature is checked and detailed health histories are recorded. Additionally, thorough disinfection measures are conducted both inside and outside the hotel premises. Staying at “Suan Sampran,” we felt reassured and relaxed, knowing that their exceptional prevention standards are in place. It’s truly a comforting and worry-free experience, allowing us to enjoy our trip with peace of mind.

There is hand sanitizer available at every point along the walkway.

Let’s check in at the lobby first. It’s truly beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable for the eyes.

Let’s go check out the rooms. We’re staying in a Superior room by the riverside, which is 26 square meters and suitable for 2 guests (twin beds). The balcony offers a view of the Tha Chin River curve. This room is the starting room type.

Or perhaps upgrade to a slightly more comfortable option? I recommend the Deluxe room, which is 33 square meters (king-sized bed). The balcony also offers a view of the river curve.

It’s time to explore the hotel together! The hotel itself is massive, covering an area of over a hundred acres. The gardens and trees are meticulously cared for, and this is the point that we are most impressed by. It feels like our lungs are being cleansed, breathing in pure, fresh air.

Let’s recharge ourselves with a delicious lunch at the Indijin Restaurant before we continue exploring. Located by the riverside, this restaurant serves fresh Thai cuisine sourced directly from local farmers in Sam Phran, with 70% of the menu consisting of organic dishes such as rice, herbs, eggs, and various vegetables. Due to the Covid-19 situation, the Indijin Restaurant has temporarily moved its service to the riverside dining area on the 1st floor inside the hotel building.

There are many menu items that may not be easily found elsewhere. If you’re staying here, you can enjoy truly authentic flavors.

Tender beef skewers, with a special touch of using coconut stems to skewer the meat, enhancing the aroma significantly when grilled. The bread is also homemade.

This dish features quality fried flower salad, made entirely from home-grown flowers including Chrysanthemums, Damask roses, Marigolds, and Wild Water Plum blossoms (seasonal flowers).

Thai desserts made with freshly squeezed coconut milk every day, such as coconut ice cream and Sangkhaya (Thai coconut custard), are truly delicious.

There are plenty of activities here, each designed to enhance knowledge, provide experiences, and be highly beneficial. It all starts at Patom Organic Village, where you can learn about the process of transforming raw materials from local farmers within the Sam Phran model. This includes the Organic Rice Path, Organic Banana Path, and Organic Herbal Path. (Due to the Covid-19 situation, some activities have been adjusted with everyone’s safety in mind. Please inquire about the details before participating in any activities.)

The Organic Rice Path includes activities such as organic rice cultivation, rice milling, cooking rice, making traditional Thai desserts like “Khanom Krok” (coconut-rice pancakes), “Sukrup” (sticky rice with coconut milk), and shaping clay pots from the paddy fields.

The best Khanom Krok I’ve ever tasted! I couldn’t stop eating them; I had more than 10 pieces. They were so delicious that I couldn’t resist.

The Organic Banana Path involves activities such as making banana flour, crafting Thai desserts from bananas, and extracting banana vinegar.

The Organic Herbal Path includes activities like making herbal compress balls, natural dyeing of fabrics, herbal tea brewing, and more.

Let’s continue at Patom Organic Farm. It’s an organic farm that grows vegetables, herbs, and fruits directly supplied to the hotel’s restaurants where we’ve been dining.

This activity involves crossing the river by boat to enjoy the natural scenery along the riverside, which is truly soothing for the soul. There are three boat trips available: 10:00, 14:00, and 16:00.

After crossing the river and arriving at the farm, everyone will receive a bamboo cup for drinking water and a cute cloth bag to carry various items.

The main activities include making compost and fermenting water. During the visit, there’s a special activity which involves tea roasting. Additionally, each month features unique activities, ensuring that no two sessions are the same.

The method involves slicing lotus petals and then roasting them.

You’ve tried lotus petal tea and loofah tea. Both have a wonderfully fresh and fragrant aroma.

There are many activities to do, especially the tasting activity. Hehe. Let’s go together to “Patom Organic Café”, an organic café that is good for the heart, clean, and toxin-free.

The shop is beautifully decorated with cool and spacious designs.

The menu offers Thai desserts with smooth, flavorful tastes that are not overly sweet. The cakes are delicious too. Additionally, they have fresh, organic coconut water from their garden.

The “Patom” brand’s souvenir items are worth buying and using for everything.

Staying at “Suan Sampran,” don’t miss the opportunity to witness the sunset. It’s the most beautiful spot to watch the sunset. When the sun sets, it perfectly hides behind the curve of the Tha Chin River. The cool breeze accompanies the scene, with birds flying around and occasionally spotting fishing boats passing by. It’s truly magnificent. There are also several photo spots where you can capture beautiful moments.

Another thing we love is the 60-year-old pointed Thai trees located near the Thai houses, which are often used for traditional Thai wedding ceremonies. It’s hard to believe that something like this exists so close to the city.

For breakfast, we will have something that is good for health, toxin-free food, which is both delicious and beneficial. We can choose to sit comfortably in the air-conditioned room while still enjoying the view of the river outside, or dine outdoors to breathe in fresh air.

Khanom Krok is available again this morning. Highly recommended, don’t miss it!

On Saturdays and Sundays, there is a market called “Sukjai Market”, which supports local products from villagers. It has a vibe similar to a floating market, but it’s on land. You can come here to enjoy organic food, breakfast, and the hotel’s organic cuisine. Once you’re here, you’ll feel the good life. Before leaving, make sure to stock up on vegetables and delicious snacks to take home. Besides getting great items, you’re also supporting local farmers.

Coming to visit here not only allows you to get close to nature but also lets you learn about ancient ways of life. If you want to try natural dyeing, making snacks, admiring rice fields, paddling a boat into the garden, or harvesting vegetables, “Suan Sampran” in Nakhon Pathom province offers a full range of activities within one day. If you get a chance to relax here, it’s definitely worth it.

Relax by the river, watch the sunset, and be close to Bangkok at “Suan Sampran” for only 2,400 baht (for 2 people including breakfast).

Traveling to Bang Saphan, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, staying at SEAnery Beach Resort, guaranteed to be extremely impressive ♥

😎 Oh yeah! When are we hitting the beach? 🌊 No need to ask, let’s pack our bags ASAP!

Today, HotelandresortThailand recommends the best accommodation in Bang Saphan 👉 SEAnery Beach Resort located in Bang Saphan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. Some might not be familiar with the district’s name, but it’s not far from Hua Hin District, making it easily accessible. The resort is nestled amidst nature.

A private beach, fine white sand, uncrowded, tranquil—perfect for both relaxation and bonding with friends or family.

SEAnery Beach Resort is located in Bang Saphan District, offering a serene beachfront experience. It’s the only resort nestled in the most beautiful cove, surrounded by nature. From here, you can see the silhouette of Talu Island and the winding paths of Mae Ramphueng Island National Park. The resort’s layout slopes gently towards the sea, providing breathtaking views of the sunrise as it meets the sea. It’s truly stunning!

Just stepping in, you can feel the warm and private atmosphere enveloping you. Although the resort may be small in size, inside it feels spacious. Let’s start with the check-in process. The staff provides excellent hospitality, and you’ll receive Welcome drink vouchers which can be redeemed at the hotel’s restaurant. During my visit in July, amidst the COVID-19 situation, I didn’t have to worry because the resort prioritized cleanliness. They thoroughly sanitize the premises before guests check-in, ensuring a safe and worry-free stay.

After that, a funky three-wheeled vehicle from the resort will pick you up and take you to your accommodation. Now, let’s delve into the ambiance inside the rooms. Starting with the grandest option here, the Grand Deluxe Beach Pool Villa is perfect for both groups of friends and families, accommodating up to 6 people. It comes with a private swimming pool, a kitchen, and a living room, fully equipped with amenities. Plus, you’re just a mere 10 steps away from the beach.

For the Grand Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, it features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for 4 people, with the option to accommodate an additional 2 guests.

The swimming pool of the Grand Deluxe Beach Pool Villa offers a stunning view of the sea and boasts a spacious area.

There are lounge chairs available for both reclining and sitting, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the seaside atmosphere and the lush greenery of the palm trees.

Next up, adjacent to the Grand Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, is the Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a private swimming pool. It’s conveniently located close to the beach.

You can comfortably sit and relax in the cozy sitting area right in front of the villa or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool.

The final room is the Suites, a spacious and expansive suite divided into three sections: the bedroom, the bathroom, and the kitchen. It offers a panoramic view of the sea from the balcony, allowing you to welcome the new day with refreshing morning vibes.

First of all, let’s exchange our Welcome drinks vouchers at the restaurant before heading to our rooms.

Let’s go check out the swimming pool. Personally, I really like the pool here because it’s large and spacious, offering a stunning 360-degree view of the sea. Plus, it makes for incredibly beautiful photos.

Sure, let’s go take a look at the beachfront area together.

Another activity not to be missed is kayaking. It’s an activity offered by the hotel, and you can easily arrange to rent kayaks from them. The prices are reasonable, and the sea here typically has gentle waves, making it perfect for solo or tandem kayaking. It’s so much fun! You’ll definitely enjoy spending the whole day paddling around.

It’s getting quite chilly now, and I’m sure everyone’s getting hungry. Let’s gather at the restaurant. There are two zones available: indoor and outdoor. It’s located on the second floor, where you can order food to enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere with a stunning sea view under the moonlight.

Morning sunlight

Reluctantly, it’s breakfast time, but I really don’t want to get up. The bed is just so cozy and comfortable. During the current COVID situation, the hotel serves breakfast as a set meal, which you can enjoy in your room. They offer both Thai and American options, but you can also order buffet-style, where you can indulge to your heart’s content.

Having breakfast on the balcony is incredibly chic, with a magnificent view. The sea, the sunlight, the birds—it’s all so delightful. But be careful if you’re considering having breakfast in bed! You’ve been warned!

Let’s fill our bellies and then go find some beautiful spots to take photos! There are plenty of picturesque corners here, guaranteed to give you photos worthy of sharing on social media for days.

How about snapping some cool photos on the staircase?

Which corner is good?

Which corner is good?

Let’s go and grab some morning vitamins together! The topmost area has chairs where you can relax and soak in the morning sunlight, or enjoy the evening breeze while reading a book or catching up on the news.

You can reach here by both private car and public bus. Just instruct the driver to drop you off at BS Car Care, Bang Saphan, which is not far from Bang Saphan Grand Market. Upon arrival, the resort will have its three-wheeled vehicle ready to pick you up and take you to your accommodation. SEAnery Beach Resort is another must-visit hotel in Bang Saphan, so make sure you and your friends come and experience it!

“De Chaochom Hua Hin” – The coolest accommodation, located on the beach, in the heart of Hua Hin.

We were very excited to go and capture beautiful pictures and immerse ourselves in the lovely atmosphere at ‘De Chaochom Hua Hin’. Before going, we saw many beautiful corners on the hotel’s page and website, and upon arrival, we were not disappointed. It was as beautiful as depicted in the pictures. What’s more, this trip resulted in a lot of photos. We absolutely loved the relaxing, tranquil day. Perhaps it was because it’s located near the royal palace, adding to the peaceful ambiance. During this trip, we were able to fully enjoy the stunning sea views, the infinity pool stretching out towards the sea, the private villa with its own pool, and the soft beds.

Greetings! Let’s start off with the iconic landmark of the resort, almost everyone wants to take a picture here. But we’re taking it up a notch by borrowing bicycles to capture the moment.

It took a long time to reach the room from the lobby because along the way, there were too many cute corners to take playful pictures.

Our room is a pool villa with a private swimming pool. The surrounding fence provides excellent privacy, ensuring that no one sees us while swimming. The interior of the room is very spacious, with a luxurious and soft bed. The bathroom is particularly impressive, with a large bathtub, perfect for relaxation, and it’s as spacious as the bedrooms.

Here’s an inspiring story behind the name of the resort, “De Chaochom Hua Hin.” Originally, it was a significant place for the royal family, specifically for the mother and grandmother of King Rama V. There were old wooden houses transported from Wang Thewes Palace in Bangkok to be constructed here. These were the “Luk Mai” and “Mettha” houses. The resort has preserved the original architectural structures and has continuously maintained and upgraded them to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for hotel guests.

For those who love the classic, nostalgic atmosphere of Hua Hin but still want a touch of modernity, I highly recommend this place. It’s perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay, with utmost privacy. You can lounge by the pool, enjoy the sea view, and have the most blissful holiday.

Beautiful beach, perfect for swimming, in the heart of Pattaya – Pattaya Modus Beachfront Resort.

If you want to see a beautiful beach in the heart of Pattaya, you should visit Wong Amat Beach. The water here is crystal clear, especially on sunny days when the sea sparkles even brighter than usual with beautiful shades of blue. The wide and long sandy beach is perfect for leisurely walks and swimming. It’s definitely another top hit beach in Pattaya.

The hotel where we stay has a great location right by the beach, and the rooms offer a sea view. It’s the ‘Pattaya Modus Beachfront Resort’.

You can also see the Sanctuary of Truth nearby.

The hotel is an Industrial Loft-style establishment, uniquely decorated with an eccentric touch. It stands out as unparalleled in Pattaya, offering a bold, chic, and luxurious ambiance.

Nearby, there are small cafes perfect for enjoying coffee and pastries.

I highly recommend the Deluxe Ocean View room for the most stunning sea view experience. The balcony faces directly towards the sea, offering a wide space with a cozy sofa set for relaxation. The interior of the room is elegantly decorated, and it comes with a bathtub for added luxury.

If you’re looking for something grand, consider upgrading to the Premium Pool Access room by paying a bit extra. This room type offers direct access to the hotel’s swimming pool from the balcony, providing an elevated experience. Enjoy the luxury of stepping into the pool right from your room.

The spa services are available poolside, offering an outdoor spa experience.

The resort features multiple swimming pools catering to different levels, including a children’s pool, an adult pool, and a whirlpool. Additionally, there are sun loungers available poolside for relaxation.

The lighting at the swimming pools during the evening is exceptionally beautiful.

The resort’s facilities are comprehensive, catering to all needs, including a Kids Club to delight the children.

And there’s also the E-Zone that older kids might enjoy, and adults can also join in the fun.

For those who enjoy exercising, come this way to the stylish fitness center with a cool atmosphere.

As the evening sun sets low, take the hotel’s glass elevator up to enjoy the view of the beach from a high vantage point. You’ll see Hat Wongamat Beach from another beautiful angle.

But for us to truly enjoy this kind of trip, we must indulge fully in the buffet breakfast at the Pattaya Modus Beachfront Resort. It offers both Thai and international cuisines, and even the noodles are delicious. Try everything and you’ll be satisfied enough to skip lunch.

Summary: This resort is highly recommended – great value for money, beachfront location, excellent breakfast spread. It’s another worthwhile option for those seeking relaxation by Wongamat Beach.

Koh Tao our hearts desire. Happiness feels like floating at ‘Blue Heaven Resort Koh Tao’.

Woohoo! Finally unlocked and feeling ecstatic! My body is craving some serious Vitamin Sea. It’s definitely time to find a place to unwind. So, where else can we have some fun during this period if not at Turtle Island? Because that place has the best weather from July to August. You can travel there almost all year round to sunbathe, dive, and swim. The atmosphere at Koh Tao is just amazing. Don’t hesitate, pack your bags and head to Koh Tao now! For accommodation, we’re aiming for stunning views and delicious food, so let’s stay at “Blue Heaven Resort Koh Tao.”

Not being able to visit Koh Tao and enjoy the view here is such a pity. The scenery is breathtaking and mesmerizing. The crystal-clear blue water transitions from light blue to deep blue, creating a stunning gradient. As the sunlight hits the sea, it sparkles and shimmers. The gentle sea breeze adds to the tranquil atmosphere, making it perfect to sit here all day long.

The welcome drink here is a refreshing lemonade. Sipping on it while enjoying the view will instantly make your fatigue disappear. This spot serves as both a lobby, a dining area, and a viewpoint.

For lunch, I recommend dining at the resort’s restaurant. It’s decorated in a vintage style and has plenty of antiques and old items on display for you to enjoy.

The tantalizing aroma is starting to fill the air, tempting your taste buds and making you hungry. Everything on the menu is freshly prepared, featuring authentic Southern Thai cuisine bursting with bold flavors. There’s also a variety of Central Thai dishes to choose from. The food is incredibly delicious, perhaps because it’s seasoned just the way you like it.

As for desserts, they are absolutely impressive! Fragrant, tender, and irresistibly sweet.

Your accommodation is in a duplex-style suite with two levels. The lower level features a bed, and it’s understood that for the third guest, they can comfortably sleep downstairs without needing an extra bed. The bathroom is also located on this floor. There’s a balcony offering beautiful views. The upper level has a cozy loft-style bed with a thick, soft mattress. From this bed, you can enjoy a stunning 180-degree sea view. The overall feel of the accommodation is like staying in a tropical villa, nestled in the midst of the jungle, with the sea right in front of you.

The resort ambiance is serene, and being here feels like engaging in a workout session. One signature activity on Koh Tao is hiking up the hills because the accommodations are often situated on elevated terrain. However, guests willingly undertake this hike because staying atop a hill provides breathtaking views of the sea.

Near the resort, there is a breathtaking viewpoint, one of the most beautiful on Koh Tao. Even though the sun may be scorching, don’t give in because the intense sunlight makes for the most stunning photographs. If you choose to stay here, you can inquire about island tours with the resort owner. Their recommendations are excellent, and you’ll receive plenty of useful tips for exploring Koh Tao.

Another recommendation is the West Coast viewpoint. This is another popular spot for taking in the scenery. Two rocks lean against each other, forming a passage through which you can walk to reach a spacious platform where you can sit and enjoy the view.

For dinner tonight, we decided to change things up and head to a pizza restaurant. We opted for authentic Italian pizza served on a large platter. If you’re on Koh Tao and craving pizza, I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed!

At “Blue Heaven Resort Koh Tao,” breakfast is served à la carte, but the portions are generous. The food remains delicious as always. Enjoying breakfast with a sea view like this is exactly what a relaxing day off is all about.

“Blue Heaven Resort Koh Tao” is a perfect starting point for exploring the island. If you’re up for some adventure, renting a scooter to tour around the island can be a lot of fun. You can visit places like Sairee Beach, experience the vibrant atmosphere of Koh Tao, and witness its diverse colors. The island attracts visitors of all shapes and sizes, possibly because it’s a paradise for divers. Most tourists who come here are fit and active, ready to explore both land and sea.

Cool cafes on Koh Tao also exist.

For diving trips, I recommend “Koh Tao Diamond Tours.” They offer affordable prices and take you to five highlight diving spots around Koh Tao. They also include a visit to Nangyuan Island, which is incredibly beautiful. Don’t miss the chance to explore Nangyuan Island when you visit Koh Tao. Additionally, they will take you diving at Mango Bay, Hin Wong Bay, Shark Bay, and Aow Leuk Bay. They say you can spot both green turtles and small harmless sharks that come to greet swimmers. However, you might not have enough time to take photos.

For us, Koh Tao is a small island that holds so much wonder. It offers a laid-back vibe perfect for continuous exploration. It’s no surprise if someone visits once and then wants to stay longer or keep coming back for more. With its stunning sea, fine white sandy beaches, and abundant natural beauty, along with delicious food, it’s easy to fall in love with Koh Tao like this.

Go see the view of Samui from the high point at the ‘Merit Resort Samui’.

Another beauty that impresses everyone when visiting Samui is the opportunity to see the panoramic sea view from luxurious villas perched on the hills. And here, the sea view is breathtakingly beautiful, no less than anywhere else. “Merit Resort Samui,”  offers views that are truly stunning. The hotel is located on the eastern coast of Samui, where the area is quiet but not far from Chaweng Beach and Lamai Beach. The highlight of the “Merit Resort Samui” is that every villa offers a sea view, adorable prices, and most importantly, delicious food.

The resort’s check-in point is right at the front, which also doubles as a restaurant. This allows us to know that besides the captivating accommodation views, experiencing the cuisine of “Merit Resort Samui” at the Merit Life Cafe is something not to be missed. Everyone will get to enjoy million-dollar views along with top-notch food. The restaurant opens from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The restaurant is situated atop a high cliff, overlooking villas arranged in tiers below. Can you see those rocky cliffs? We think this is something truly iconic. Even on the day we visited, when the weather wasn’t cooperating and the sky was overcast, it added a subtle charm to the sea’s ever-changing hues. Despite the moody weather, the sea still retained its allure.

We arrived around noon, just in time for lunch, and decided to indulge in a meal first. Given the wellness resort concept here, the food is meticulously prepared with an emphasis on organic vegetables grown on-site. We tried the mango shrimp salad with avocado, dressed in a slightly spicy and tangy sauce, and the seafood spaghetti stir-fry. It’s safe to say that being seafood on an island, the freshness of the seafood was outstanding, and the flavors were absolutely delightful. The burger was another highlight, featuring a big juicy beef patty topped with cheese, vegetables, and a side of crispy fries. We were so satisfied that we almost skipped dinner.

Mango smoothie served with large mango chunks and a hint of soda.

Let’s go check out the room! Our accommodation is the Deluxe Pool and Sea View, boasting a bathtub that’s simply irresistible. Soaking in the water while enjoying the view, who wouldn’t fall in love with a stay like this? However, I must say, staying in this room requires a bit of stamina because you’ll have to walk up and down stairs to reach the lobby or the dining area. Since the accommodation is perched on a cliff, if you prefer not to walk too much, you might want to opt for a room closer to the main facilities. It’s advisable to inquire about this before booking.

The room and bed face towards the sea.

If it’s just a plain Deluxe Villa, you’ll still have a sea view, but it might be partially obstructed, and you won’t get the full panoramic view of the panorama. However, in a Deluxe Seaview room, you’ll have an unobstructed view of the sea.

The Beachfront Sea View room is exceptionally beautiful, located right at the forefront by the beach. It’s romantically decorated, perfect for a honeymoon, and offers a lot of privacy.

The fitness center is located near the breakfast restaurant and the swimming pool.

The infinity pool is absolutely stunning, and it’s another spot where you can enjoy the view and take beautiful photos. Additionally, there is a children’s pool available.

For the spa, it’s recommended to book in advance. The spa here offers reasonable prices and excellent service. Massages are conducted in private rooms, ensuring tranquility and relaxation.

Dinner at “Merit Life Cafe” recommends the delicious and worthwhile seafood set. Grilled seafood set includes shrimp, crab, fish, squid, grilled fish, and cockles. No wonder why staying on the island is so enjoyable. The seafood is very fresh.

Let me recommend the main dishes first because they are the highlights, but the appetizers are also fantastic. I’m particularly drawn to the crispy fried prawns, which have a crunchy exterior and juicy interior, complemented by crispy noodles and sweet dipping sauce. As for the pork skewers, they’re exceptionally tender and go perfectly with the dipping sauce.

The dessert is authentic sago pearls from Phatthalung Province. It’s my first time trying sago pearls like this, and it’s quite different from those made from tapioca starch. Authentic sago pearls have a denser texture and a more fragrant aroma. They are incredibly delicious!

Waking up early to breathe in the fresh air, the freshness of the sea has a unique freshness, unlike the freshness of mist. You can feel the distinctive aroma, the refreshing cool breeze. Especially when accompanied by gentle sunlight, it feels like recharging your energy.

Start your day with a good feeling and some delicious breakfast at the “Cliff View Restaurant”. You’ll enjoy stunning sea views while indulging in a buffet-style (although currently served as an à la carte menu).

After a day filled with recharging ourselves, enjoying delicious food, and admiring the beautiful views of Koh Samui from our room and the hotel’s viewpoint all day long, even though we had to walk up and down the hill and felt a bit tired at times, we didn’t feel exhausted. A brief rest was all it took to rejuvenate, and we continued to have fun taking more photos. Let’s fill ourselves up with energy for another fantastic day on our trip to Merit Resort Samui.

“The Emerald Cove Koh Chang” trip

My body craves the ocean. You just know when you’re dehydrated, it’s like your body’s way of telling you it’s missing something vital. That’s why for this trip, I couldn’t help but yearn for the sea so much. That’s why we chose to stay at ‘The Emerald Cove Koh Chang’ because it’s right by the sea, and the atmosphere is so private. It’s like being completely immersed in the sea atmosphere. With the beachside swimming pool, sun loungers, trees, flowers, and the room decor, it truly feels like a beach resort. I couldn’t shake off the longing for the sea, so here we are.

“The Emerald Cove Koh Chang” is located on Klong Prao Beach, one of the top-rated beaches on Koh Chang. The beach stretches up to 50 meters long, offering a serene and tranquil atmosphere, almost like having a private beach.

The resort is cozy and has a tropical atmosphere. Even before reaching the room, you can immediately relax and unwind in the surroundings.

The resort features three main pools, with the largest one designed to parallel the beach, resembling an infinity pool that stretches up to 50 meters long.

In addition, there are two other pools available: one for children and another one for Jacuzzi.

Our room is a Deluxe Premium Wing, which is 50 square meters wide and includes a bathtub and a balcony facing the sea. Although it’s a bit of a walk to reach the beach due to its location in the building zone, the sea view is still stunningly clear. It’s considered a room that offers good value for its price compared to the view and the amenities provided inside the room.

This room also offers a clear and stunning view of the sea, it’s a Deluxe Ocean Facing room.

The room with a clear view of the sea and spacious layout, consisting of a bedroom and a living area, is specifically designed to cater to those seeking luxurious accommodations. It’s known as the One Bedroom Ocean Facing suite, perfect for those desiring an upscale stay.

After a tiring day, it’s worth visiting the Emerald Spa for some relaxation. The spa is decorated in a tropical style, offering a sense of tranquility and peace. As you enter, you’ll feel instantly at ease, surrounded by a soothing ambiance and the scent of aromatic oils. They provide various services including Thai massage, aromatherapy massage, and skin treatments. What’s particularly appealing is the availability of private treatment rooms, allowing you to enjoy the view of the sea while indulging in your spa experience.

In the afternoon, after leaving the spa, you can enjoy Happy Hour by sitting down for some drinks while waiting to watch the sunset.

The atmosphere of the sunset.

A beachside dinner buffet, the best value for money, priced at just 799 baht.

Delicious and tempting desserts!

A peaceful morning atmosphere with very few people around, perfect for taking beautiful photos without any crowds.

The breakfast is excellent, with delicious flavors. There are both Thai and international options available. They have a fresh food stall with various egg dishes and noodles.

The morning sea is tranquil and serene, with white sandy beaches. Klong Prao Beach is beautiful in both the morning light and the sunset.

For a stay in Koh Chang, I highly recommend ‘The Emerald Cove Koh Chang.’ It’s a great accommodation option right by the beach, with clean rooms, complete facilities, and affordable prices.

I don’t want this happiness to be a secret.” – Centara Chaan Talay Resort & Villas Trat

“Centara Chaan Talay Resort and Villas Trat” is located in Trat province. Initially, we imagined it to be in the town of Trat itself, but upon further investigation, it turns out to be a true hidden gem, with a secluded location that might not be widely known among general tourists. When people think of Trat, they usually think of Koh Chang Island predominantly. This is our first time here, and we must say we are extremely impressed with the exclusivity and tranquility of our entire stay at the resort. It feels like our own private space, with the resort situated by the sea, a private beach, few people, and a peaceful atmosphere.

At the front of the resort, there is a lobby area with a wooden bridge that allows guests to cross over and explore the garden.

Due to the large size of the resort, guests may need to take a shuttle bus to reach their accommodations.

The Tropical Suite, with a spacious 62 square meters, features separate areas for the bedroom, living room, and bathroom, all proportionately arranged. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene atmosphere.

Choosing the Tropical Family Suite for a family stay would be highly worthwhile. With a large enough bed to comfortably accommodate two people, the room size and decor are similar to that of the Tropical Suite.

The Honeymoon Suite comes with a jacuzzi tub, offering a view of the garden. The interior decoration is similar to that of the Tropical Suite.

The Beachfront Villa is our favorite room. It is located right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy views of the sea while soaking in the jacuzzi. We can easily walk down to the beach and have everything we need. Plus, it offers a high level of privacy.

The swimming pool is located right in front of the beach, seamlessly blending with the coastline.

The atmosphere when the sun sets is enchanting, beyond words to describe. Nowhere else in Tak province can you find such tranquility and breathtaking sunset views. We believe this place is truly the best for experiencing such beauty.

And it gets even better when you grab a cocktail and head straight to the Breezy Beach Bar. There, with a great cocktail in hand, you can enjoy the sunset to the fullest. It’s guaranteed to be an incredibly enjoyable experience.

For our dinner tonight at the Azur Restaurant, there’s an ambiance reminiscent of a Mediterranean seaside. They serve a delightful array of Thai cuisine, with incredibly fresh seafood as if it were just brought ashore. I highly recommend trying their fried sea bass with fish sauce. It’s a must-order dish!

Stir-fried crispy pork belly with broccoli, seafood hot pot with poached eggs, and chicken galangal soup—all of them taste delicious. Dining options outside the resort may be limited, but you can be confident in the resort’s offerings, which are not only delicious but also reasonably priced.

In the refreshing morning air, with the invigorating sea breeze and the scent of lush greenery filling the air, being here feels like a breath of fresh air, rejuvenating and energizing.

For breakfast, there is a selection of both Thai dishes, such as stir-fried vegetables, fried rice, and basil stir-fry, as well as Western-style options, focusing on egg dishes, sausages, bacon, bakery items, and pancakes.

This trip is a real relaxation getaway. We swam, strolled along the beach, played in the sea, enjoyed delicious food, and breathed in the fresh air so much that we didn’t want to leave. We’d like to invite you to try it out once, and you’ll be hooked just like us. “Centara Chaan Talay Resort and Villas Trat”

“Centara Q Resort Rayong” Stylish Beachfront Relaxation

Feeling bored at home? Perhaps it’s time to plan a refreshing seaside trip! For this trip, let me introduce you to a chic accommodation option that stands out with its distinctive design. Just a short drive from Bangkok, you’ll arrive at “Centara Q Resort Rayong.” This resort is dedicated to instilling confidence and elevating service standards to the highest level. The hotel has made some adjustments to its services to align with the New Normal lifestyle while ensuring the utmost safety for all guests. At Santara Kiu Resort, the safety of customers is always a top priority.

The atmosphere at Mae Pim Cape, in front of the resort, is tranquil and peaceful. The beachfront is wide and suitable for swimming.

Impressed from the very beginning, with the chic and stylish lobby building designed in a spiral form. This building also serves as accommodation with its guest rooms.

The rooms are divided into 2 zones. From the picture, you can see two tall buildings. The building in front, which is adjacent to the lobby, is a newly constructed building. The white building with a stylish design is the original building, located closer to the sea and the beach.

Today, our room is located on the same building as the lobby, and it’s called “Superior Ocean Facing.” It offers a view of the sea. The room itself is spacious, covering an area of 34 square meters, which is just the right size. Amenities include a TV, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, and a variety of bath products. Everything you need is provided, making it convenient to stay with just one bag. Enjoy your stay!

Another room that’s equally appealing is the Deluxe Ocean Facing room. However, the booking queue for this room is longer than the rooms in the front zone, close to the swimming pool and beach. If anyone wishes to stay in this zone, it’s recommended to book in advance as it’s in high demand.

I booked a spa appointment at “Cense by SPA Cenvaree” – a luxurious spa at an affordable price with continuous promotional discounts. If you’re staying here, I recommend stopping by to check out the promotions. The spa treatment I had today was a hot stone Roman massage, and it was incredibly relaxing. The therapist targeted every point perfectly, and the hot stone placement was superb. I truly felt deeply relaxed.

The resort offers various activities based on personal preferences. There’s a beachfront bar serving different beverages, conveniently located right by the swimming pool. This bar is perfect for getting work done as it provides a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere.

Table tennis, volleyball, kayaking, and even yoga/stretching sessions are available for guests to enjoy and unwind at the resort.

For us, the ultimate enjoyment is simply sitting by the poolside, enjoying the calm sea view. Just this alone brings us immense pleasure. Although the pool here may be a bit small, the relaxed atmosphere is unparalleled. There are ample shade areas and sun loungers arranged in a spacious manner, ensuring ultimate comfort.

Waiting for the evening as the sun approaches its setting is another beautiful moment to witness in Rayong. It’s a stunning spot to admire the sunset, adding yet another dimension to the beauty of Rayong.

The pristine nature and gentle breeze can be found all along the beach, offering a refreshing experience throughout.

This evening, indulge your palate at Quick Sand, a trendy beachside restaurant. They offer a seafood buffet featuring a variety of Thai and international dishes. It’s an incredible value at only 750 baht per person.

That sounds wonderful! Enjoy the great atmosphere!

Freshly grilled seafood, served hot without being overcooked, ensures a delicious dining experience.

Pork steak or beef steak, both grilled fresh and served hot, just like the seafood.

Spaghetti carbonara with creamy sauce is indeed delicious!

Thai food, including som tam (papaya salad), is also deliciously spicy!

The atmosphere in the early morning is incredibly refreshing! The breakfast area being close to the spa adds to the convenience. The breakfast is delicious and of high quality.

I’d like to take another walk along the beach before heading back. The beach looks even more beautiful in the morning than in the evening. Waking up early like this feels great. Any trip here is always wonderful. I’m thinking of coming back for sure. Centara Q Resort Rayong.

Kwai River.. Uniquely romantic @ Vorona Resort, Kanchanaburi.

Our relaxation journey for this trip begins with a desire to change the scenery, heading towards the mountains, rivers, and perhaps catching a glimpse of waterfalls. Due to multiple beach trips in the past, this thought leads us to a simple and relaxing day amidst lush greenery, surrounded by our own private villa at Vorona Resort, Kanchanaburi.

Vorona Resort, Kanchanaburi rejuvenates us from exhaustion as soon as we arrive. Starting from the refreshing atmosphere of the towering trees providing shade, the pristine white color of the lobby welcomes us, and the intricate details of the charming decorations make us want to explore every corner of this delightful resort.

Our accommodation is a Riverside Cottage, situated right at the forefront by the river. The circular white villa amidst the trees provides a private retreat immersed in nature. Besides lounging by the riverside, one thing we particularly enjoy is the outdoor rain shower. It’s incredibly refreshing.

The resort is characterized by a long stretch along the riverbank. Our villa is located at the very end, so a short walk brings us to the Kwai River. In the early morning when the water level recedes, sandbanks like these emerge.

The atmosphere surrounding the resort.

The swimming pool is compact yet stylish, not overly extravagant.

I’d say there are plenty of chic photo spots around here.

Vanilla Sweet Restaurant is the dining venue here. Don’t miss out! Their food is incredibly delicious, featuring homemade dishes served dish after dish. Eating there feels warm and cozy, just like having a meal from home.

For the other accommodations, they are all villas as well. The main difference lies in the view. For example, the Vorona Cottage features a hammock for lounging just like this one. The highlight of these rear villas is their tranquility, surrounded by trees and conveniently located near various resort facilities. They are close to both the dining area and the swimming pool.

We really love the Vorona Room as well. It’s so charming and cozy. It’s a 50-square-meter villa with a private garden, which we adore.

The breakfast is simple yet heartwarming. The rice porridge is exceptionally delicious, and we particularly love the crispy and sweet cantaloupe. It’s a delightful touch that these products are locally sourced from Kanchanaburi province itself.

Staying at Vorona Resort, Kanchanaburi, you can spend the whole day at the resort without getting bored at all. Immerse yourself in nature to the fullest and wait until check out before heading elsewhere. Enjoy your time!
