Moreover, there are plenty of trendy cafes and delicious restaurants to choose from, not to mention that the traffic is still smooth. You’ll get to experience pure nature throughout. Starting from Chiang Mai Night Safari, Royal Park Rajapruek, Wat Phra That Doi Kham, Phra That Pha Ngao Museum, and Mae Kampong Village, all situated around Doi Inthanon.

This trip, we stayed at Pool Suite Chiangmai, a newly opened accommodation located in Mae Hia, which provides convenient access to natural attractions before reaching Doi Inthanon. The highlight of this place is its luxurious feel at an affordable price, as well as its peaceful and private atmosphere.

We opted for a one-day power charge here before heading off elsewhere, and Pool Suite Chiangmai welcomed us with charming staff and a special welcome drink unlike any other. It’s not your typical welcome drink; it’s an exceptional mocktail served in a stylish glass, boasting the vibrant flavors of Thai tea, blended with fresh lemongrass-infused water, chinotto syrup, and honey. Refreshing and invigorating, this glass is named Passion Thai Tea.

The selling point of the Jacuzzi Suite is the Jacuzzi tub for soaking and playing, while the ceiling is beautifully adorned with twinkling lights, resembling a starry sky. The room amenities are complete, divided into sleeping, sitting, and bathroom zones in perfect proportion. The most important part is the bed, which seems to possess a soul of its own—you lie down and never want to get up. It’s luxuriously soft, like sinking into a cloud. Sleeping here is the epitome of comfort.

For the accommodation at Pool Suite, undoubtedly, the highlight room must be the private pool suite located on the top floor. If you fly a drone up for a brief look, you’ll see that the hotel is situated in a residential area surrounded by fields, mountain views, and temples. It’s relatively peaceful and quiet, yet it offers convenient access to the city center and the airport. One thing to note is that even though it’s close to the airport, the rooms are soundproofed very well. You won’t hear any noise from planes taking off or landing, which ensures a peaceful stay.

Let’s take a look at the hotel atmosphere for a moment. It’s lush and surrounded by plenty of trees.

I would like to present the delicious food from Pool Suite Chiangmai. It’s truly delightful, meticulously crafted by the chef. This dish is a pork steak served with fried potatoes. The pork is tender, and the steak sauce has an excellent flavor.

Being in the northern region, one must indulge in northern cuisine. I’ve tried Laab Muang Khua, and it’s absolutely captivating. Its flavor is tangy, salty, and spicy, with a distinctive aroma of herbs and spices. Personally, I think it’s even more delicious than Isaan-style Laab.

Beverages crafted by a mixologist truly enhance the atmosphere.

Returning to the bedroom, there was a delightful surprise from the hotel—adorable chocolates and brownies. It was truly impressive.

 Fell asleep dreaming sweetly, woke up to realize there’s a swing chair on the balcony of our room to relax in.

The breakfast is excellent indeed. It’s diverse with Thai, Chinese, and Western cuisine, salads, cereals, bread, rice porridge, and an egg station. Everything is of high quality.

Before checking out, I must commend that this accommodation is truly worth the price. The premium amenities are abundant, and being a relatively new lodging, it’s very likely to become another top hit hotel in Chiang Mai soon.

“Hotel La Casetta” perfectly recreates the Tuscan region of Italy, capturing every detail. Here, it’s like a small kingdom with vast territories, housing three properties: Town Square Suite, Toscana Piazza, and “Hotel La Casetta.” Today, we’ll explore the atmosphere together.

“Hotel La Casetta” is an accommodation within the Toscana Valley project, surrounded by lush green hills, serene and far from the hustle and bustle. Though quiet, it’s not lonely at all. Everything for comfort is prepared within this kingdom. With such vast space, finding the lobby might require careful observation of signs or asking the security guards stationed at various points for directions. This is the check-in building, where we can park our car right in front.

Today’s accommodation is located near the swimming pool (there are three pools here). It’s very easy to walk to the pool, and the room offers a lovely lake and mountain view. The room type is “Casetta Mountain.”

The room is very spacious with a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa for lounging, and a balcony for enjoying the view. There are two bathrooms, with the larger one featuring a bathtub.

Apart from the pool adjacent to the relaxation building, there are two additional pools. Our favorite is a long Roman-style swimming pool that connects to the main pool.

Another spot is the pool near the Lago restaurant. From here, you can also enjoy a view of the lake.

Here, there’s a shuttle bus service that transports guests to the front zone, which includes Town Square. There, you’ll find Italian-style restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes, and bakeries. It’s a picturesque area perfect for leisurely walks and photo opportunities. Even those not staying here can come to dine.

The dinner at Lago Club offers a variety of international cuisine styles. It’s delicious with a great atmosphere, and there’s live music playing while you dine.

And here, they also serve breakfast just the same. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. Wake up early and capture this moment—it’s incredibly beautiful.

Today, we chose to book at Splash Beach Resort, Phuket, a hotel that’s fully equipped, conveniently located near the airport for easy travel, allowing us to walk to take pictures at nearby landmarks where planes take off and land, located by the White Sand Beach. And importantly, it also boasts the largest water park in the southern region.

When we arrive at the hotel, we’ll need to check into our rooms smoothly. We’ll be greeted with refreshing Welcome Drinks, a nice touch. There’s also a Lobby bar with a view of the water park.

While checking in, we saw the water park we must visit—it’s huge! Every ride looks so fun, and it’s tempting to try them all. But let’s hold off and see what the water park has to offer first. Let’s go back to our room and drop off our bags before we explore further.

This hotel is massive, with sprawling grounds and seemingly endless corridors. The rooms are divided into different zones across multiple buildings. For traveling within the hotel premises, they provide shuttle buses and golf carts. If you need to go anywhere within the hotel, head down to the ground floor of your building; there’s a shuttle every 10 minutes.

Today, there are four of us, so we’ve opted for the 2 Bedroom Ocean Front Pool Villa with Kitchen. It’s the innermost room of the hotel, right by the White Sand Beach, just 20 steps away from the sandy shore. This villa comes with a private swimming pool, two bedrooms, and a kitchen.

This house has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom will have a sea view, while the other will have a pool view.

The living room and kitchen area offer views of both the pool and the sea. There’s a balcony where you can step out and enjoy walks by the sea. It sounds absolutely wonderful!

After storing our belongings and swiftly changing into our swimsuits, we wasted no time heading straight to SPLASH JUNGLE IS PHUKET water park. It’s open from 10:00 to 17:45. Guests staying here can enjoy complimentary access to the water park. Once at the park, the hotel provides locker rentals, towels, and wristbands that can be loaded with money for purchasing food and drinks. It’s all about convenience, and there’s no pressure to adhere to strict rules.

This water park truly lives up to its name—it’s massive and offers an unforgettable experience. There are zones for kids and adults, with a variety of attractions. Safety here is top-notch, so you can relax and enjoy yourself without any worries. The staff are attentive and stationed at every corner, providing guidance and ensuring that all the attractions are well-maintained and safe, thanks to their thorough training.

You can enjoy unlimited rounds of fun here at the water park. It’s especially thrilling with attractions like the Super Blow and Boomerango, Body Slide and Tube Slide, and for those seeking a more intense experience, The Whizzard. If you’re feeling tired, you can always unwind at the Lazy River.

At noon, feeling a bit hungry, we decided to have lunch. We opted for pizza and burgers, and they were delicious! We didn’t have to worry about the quality of the food at all.

In the afternoon until evening, we enjoyed a golf cart ride along the White Sand Beach, soaking up the serene atmosphere. The beach wasn’t too crowded, providing us with a sense of privacy. There was a beach bar where we could grab some drinks, and for those who wanted to swim in the sea, the option was right there. Additionally, there were water sports equipment available for those who wanted to indulge in some water activities.

As the sun sets, we’ll be here to witness the beauty of it all. It’s truly stunning. If anyone wants to take photos at the landmark where the planes take off and land, they can simply walk along the beach. It’s not far from the hotel at all.

In the evening, as hunger starts to creep in, we decided to stop by Baan Thai for dinner. They offer a wide variety of menus, including Thai dishes, Western cuisine, fusion dishes, and desserts. The portions were generous, and the food looked and tasted delicious. It was definitely worth the price.

I want to find something to do that doesn’t require holding a cellphone. Just pack your bags and head to The Beach Natural Resort. You’ll have fun and forget about your phone left behind in the room.

The Beach Natural Resort is situated on Bang Bao Beach, with clear water and beautiful white sandy beaches. It features a signature wooden bridge extending into the sea. In the mornings, you can see small, colorful fish swimming around the bridge, while in the evenings, it’s the perfect spot to admire the breathtaking sunset.

The atmosphere is very chill, with incredibly clear water.

These are angel fish, visible from above the bridge without the need for diving, allowing you to see various types of fish without getting wet.

The atmosphere around the hotel is vibrant. The resort is decorated in a tropical Balinese Cottage style, and as you enter, you’ll encounter lush gardens.

The room we stayed in is The Sense Villa, a villa perfect for a honeymoon as it offers privacy. Inside, the room is spacious and includes both an outdoor jacuzzi and an outdoor rain shower.

The Blue Coral Rest is the main restaurant here. They serve incredibly fresh and delicious seafood. Staying at the resort means you don’t have to go anywhere else to eat because the delicious food is right here.

For breakfast, there are options available from both Thai and international cuisines.

Many times, I’ve heard the name ‘Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai’ being touted as the ultimate reflection of grandeur and beauty, echoing the magnificence of Lanna culture. Whoever visits once, carries with them endless tales and memories, making it a must-have on the list of dream hotels for travelers. Having experienced it firsthand this time, I can confidently say that ‘Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai’ is indeed the epitome of Thai hospitality that everyone should visit at least once.

From the enchantment, closeness, and love for Lanna culture to the splendor of “Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai” it impresses us from the very first encounter. Starting from the lobby, lotus ponds, fresh lychee drinks, and traditional snacks, to the charming staff, each and every aspect leaves a lasting impression.

Below, there are two grandmothers sitting and teaching how to weave traditional fish traps, a cute activity that children would surely enjoy.

The family villas at “Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai” offer utmost privacy and can accommodate up to 6-8 people. It feels like having your own exclusive enclave within the resort, akin to a private sanctuary within the property. Staying here is akin to relaxing in an art gallery, where admiring the intricate artworks is a rare treat.

Alone atop the grandiose mountain, with a uniqueness unparalleled, Nhapha Khao Yai Resort stands as the epitome of sophistication, creativity, and beauty. When it comes to mountain getaways near the city, there’s nowhere better than Khao Yai. It’s located on the same level as the main pool of the main building, where we also stayed. The view is absolutely stunning; you can lie on the bed and enjoy the mountain view, and it’s just a short walk to the pool. We loved this room for its comfortable bed and the full range of amenities.

The highlight, we think, must be this view, just like we love it.

The atmosphere is cozy, and there are many picturesque spots for taking photos.

For those who have a smaller group, around 8 people, booking the Grand Villa would be worthwhile. It consists of 4 bedrooms, making it a spacious villa with stunning views comparable to those of the main building. Additionally, it features a private swimming pool, a pool table, a kitchen, and a dining area with beautiful views. The luxurious decor creates a relaxing ambiance, perfect for a getaway.

The bedrooms in the Grand Villa are all decorated in the same tone but differ in size.

As the sun is about to set, I recommend not venturing outside for dinner. The resort’s atmosphere is at its finest, and you can order food directly from the resort. They can arrange a table for you to dine on the terrace, allowing you to fully enjoy the experience without having to leave the resort.

The swimming pool is also beautiful at night, adding another dimension to its charm.

Breakfast is served directly to your room, allowing you to enjoy it on the balcony of your accommodation while taking in the breathtaking mountain views.

Ending the trip on a happy note, with lungs full of fresh air and hearts filled with wonderful memories at Montet Vista Chateau.
