There’s also a spacious sofa bed, and just a bit further, curtains can be drawn to reveal single bed-sized nooks, with a total of 4 beds prepared. The Glamping interior is uniquely adorned with carefully curated furniture, harmonizing with a camping theme. The decor features soothing color tones, and the materials used are all-natural, including wood, fabric, rattan, and leather.

The furniture decorations are incredibly chic, and there are even hats available for borrowing to add a playful touch to your photos. Inside the Glamping, the atmosphere flows smoothly, equipped with both air conditioning and air purifiers. The amenities include Twining tea, a coffee brewing machine with Nespresso capsules, a refrigerator, a television, and board games for everyone to enjoy. It’s bound to be a fun experience for many!

One of our favorite features is the expansive balcony that surrounds the Glamping, providing an opportunity to breathe in pure, unadulterated air to the fullest. The wide balcony allows for nearly a full-circle stroll, with various seating spots strategically placed. From a long wooden table for communal dining, to cozy corners for sipping coffee, or quietly observing nature from small stools. And if you’re feeling a bit tired, there’s always the option to retreat to the soft sofa for a well-deserved rest.

At Te Mata Glamping, everything is set up for your small party. There’s a barbecue grill, plates, and bowls, along with plenty of our favorite bottled water. Additionally, a complimentary mini-bar is provided, making your social gathering both enjoyable and private. It’s the perfect setup for a fun and intimate get-together.

Don’t miss the chance to soak in the warm water of the Jacuzzi surrounded by twinkling lights and starry skies. From the TE MATA ROYALE, you can catch a glimpse of the sunrise right from your bed. However, the view might be more of the sun’s glow than a perfectly round sun, possibly due to tree branches partially obstructing the sight. The sun usually becomes fully visible around six-ish in the morning.

For breakfast, you have the option to choose from Thai, Chinese, or Western cuisines. Upon check-in, the butler will deliver your chosen breakfast at the designated time as per your preference.

After finishing your meal, take a leisurely stroll through the beautifully maintained gardens. The well-kept lawn provides a perfect space for running and playing.

For your journey to Te Mata Glamping, the butler will provide a convenient GPS location, allowing you to drive directly to your accommodation. Parking is available in front of the house. The butler is ready to assist and there’s also a shuttle service to transport your luggage if needed.

The climate is comfortably cool throughout the year, with occasional drops to a minimum of 5 degrees Celsius in the coldest winter months. On this trip, we would like to experience the cool weather together—walking, exploring the land, gazing at the stars, and staying at a resort on the hilltop of Horse Saddle Plateau in Wang Nam Khiao District. Although we may not have reached the peak of winter during our visit, the temperature is around 20 degrees Celsius in the daytime. Our accommodation is designed in a homestay style, with individual houses built on a high hill offering panoramic views of the Horse Saddle Plateau. Each dwelling is strategically spaced apart, ensuring an uncrowded and immersive experience in the midst of the lush green mountains, extending as far as the eye can see.

The highlights of Dern Din Du Dao here are the beautiful mountain views and the closeness to nature. The sunset is stunning, offering multiple picturesque photo spots. The entrance to the small hill is easily accessible, suitable for small cars. The lobby is right in front, and after checking in, you can conveniently drive to park near your accommodation.

Upon arrival, you can conveniently park your car in front of the lobby. The lobby is open-air and spacious, extending seamlessly to the dining area. If you don’t plan on having lunch right away, you can leave your belongings here. The menu offers a variety of a la carte dishes, including coffee and beverages. The staff will gladly take care of your luggage and safely store it in your room.

Another room follows a Balinese style located within the garden. It offers excellent privacy, with separate sections that function seamlessly. The bedroom, bathroom, and dressing table areas are well-defined and utilized effectively. The room comes equipped with standard amenities, including air conditioning, television, refrigerator, minibar, and a hot water kettle. The thoughtful design ensures a comfortable and private experience for guests, making it a cozy retreat within the lush surroundings.

Regarding the hotel’s breakfast, it is served a la carte style. Although the options may not be extensive, the quality is outstanding, and every dish is delicious. We ordered the rice porridge, and I must say it was exceptionally tasty with soft, sticky rice and flavorful pork dumplings, not the typical sliced pork. The soup was aromatic, accompanied by eggs, ham, sausages, bacon, and bread rolls from the bakery. The overall quality is excellent, and you can enjoy your meal in a comfortable atmosphere while admiring the garden and pool.

The rooftop is located in the building behind, and I recommend going up during the twilight hours. Almost all guests in this area are foreigners. On the top, you can order drinks and enjoy the breathtaking view from a high vantage point. The view is exceptionally beautiful, and capturing photos with the hotel building as a signature backdrop is a must.

The dinner zone is located in the front area, right by the beach road. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options, and we chose the outdoor setting. The cuisine has a European and Italian feel, and the atmosphere is lively, especially with the vibrant beach view during the evening.

The breakfast is a fusion of Thai, Western, and Indian cuisines. Seating options are available both indoors and outdoors along the poolside, providing a variety of choices for guests.

Opposite the dining area is the kid’s zone, perfect for families. The younger ones will surely love it as there’s a children’s water park, a playground, and various activities available.

The swimming pool is located on the 4th floor, adjacent to the kid’s zone and the pool bar. The pool area provides a close and stunning view of Pattaya Beach. Throughout the day, international guests can be seen enjoying the pool, both for swimming and sunbathing.

Overall, the service is excellent. There’s ample parking, and the location is easily accessible, making it convenient to travel to various places. The highlight is the breathtaking view from the rooms, offering a stunning panorama that exceeds the value. The angles are perfect for beautiful photographs. On days with intense sunlight, the rays enter from every balcony direction. For those checking in and looking for a peaceful stay, simply close the curtains. The elevators use a secure key card system, ensuring safety.

Great service, excellent rooms, and beautiful views – highly recommend staying with just two people in a room for a more spacious and comfortable experience. Adding an extra bed might make the room feel a bit cramped. Additionally, for those who want beautiful photos with fewer people, it’s advised to wait for your turn at the common areas since they are frequently occupied by international guests.
