Our rooms are villa-style, offering views of the garden, swimming pool, and the sea. They are located on the second floor, with access via a small staircase.

The villa-style rooms are all single-story.

The swimming pool is located at the front, right by the sea.

The resort’s restaurant is also located at the front, serving as the place for breakfast and dinner. Meals here are reasonably priced and delicious. The seafood is especially fresh, straight from the sea to the plate. Additionally, you can request a table by the poolside for a delightful dining experience.

We opted for a light dinner by taking a stroll down the nearby walking street. While the food wasn’t expensive, we didn’t actually purchase any as we were already quite full. We simply enjoyed the sights without indulging in a meal.

I want to watch the sunrise, so I’ll wake up around 6:30 a.m.

Then I’ll have breakfast afterward.

A trip to Chanthaburi would not be complete without exploring the town itself. We would like to emphasize that Chanthaburi town offers plenty of goodness, including restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. Spending just one day in the town is sufficient, as it is packed with continuous enjoyable activities. This time, we stayed at the ‘Usabai Riverside Boutique Hotel’.

The ‘Usabai Riverside Boutique Hotel’ is truly a centrally located accommodation in Chanthaburi, close to tourist attractions such as the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, which is said to be the most beautiful cathedral in the country. While the exterior of the hotel may appear modest, stepping inside reveals luxurious decorations that blend modern design with elements of Chinese art.

Walk a little further and you’ll see the curve of the Chanthaburi River flowing past the accommodation.

The resort features a charming little café decorated with care. Whether you choose to sit indoors and enjoy the cozy atmosphere or step outside to feel the breeze in the outdoor zone, you’ll surely find delight in both options.

The rooms at the ‘Usabai Riverside Boutique Hotel’ are modernly decorated, with each room having its own unique design. This particular room features twin beds that are quite spacious. It is fully equipped with amenities and also has a balcony for enjoying the view. The beds are extremely comfortable, and high-quality bedding materials are used.

This room, called the ‘Heaven Suite,’ is designed to fulfill various needs with abundant amenities. It features a bathtub, spacious layout, and an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Come together in large numbers! This ‘Adjoining Leisure’ room is really worth it. It can accommodate up to 7 people, perfect for families or groups of friends who want to stay together. If you’re looking for a happy stay, then this is the room for you!

The breakfast at the ‘Usabai Riverside Boutique Hotel’ is incredibly delicious. You can’t go wrong with any choice. It’s better to indulge and eat to your heart’s content. You’ll be satisfied until midday for sure!

Within just a 5-minute drive from the hotel, you can comfortably reach the Ploy Market, a nearby attraction where you can enjoy leisurely strolls.

Afterward, you can proceed to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.

Make a stop at the kitchen counter of the café that resembles a Parisian setting in the heart of Chanthaburi. Those who enjoy pastries will surely love the offerings from this place. The pastry crust from this shop is exceptionally crispy on the outside yet soft and light when bitten into, with a delightful buttery aroma.

It’s better to relax and enjoy a resort by the riverbank when the weather is hot. For this trip, I’d like to check in at ‘The Legacy River Kwai Resort.’ The resort is located along the small Kwai River amidst lush green gardens, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

Lam Sedet Beach, the name guarantees a delightful experience. It’s another hot spot in Chanthaburi. For this trip, we’re staying at the ‘Saint Tropez Beach Hotel, Chanthaburi,’ right by Lam Sedet Beach, which offers a romantic sunset view.

The ‘Saint Tropez Beach Hotel, Chanthaburi,’ is considered one of the city’s prominent hotels, equipped with various amenities both in the rooms and public areas. It features a modest-sized swimming pool with a water park, restaurants, cafes, and a fitness center, all at affordable rates. It’s another favorite resort for families and couples alike, as the evening ambiance is incredibly relaxing, perfect for a sweet getaway. Its prime location right by the sea with a wide beachfront makes it ideal for water activities.

The large swimming pool located in the heart of the resort comes with a water park for children. Regarding privacy, there might be times when there are many children playing in this pool area. Children will have fun, and there might be some noise at times. However, adults can also enjoy themselves. It’s all about having fun!

Or if you prefer a relaxing getaway, you can enjoy a soothing massage by the jacuzzi pool available for your comfort.

Alternatively, you can take a leisurely stroll along the beach. This particular stretch of beach is very private, especially in the early morning around 8-9 AM when the weather is not too hot yet. It’s the time when the sea is at its clearest. The sand is fine, clean, and there are pools left by the tide for wading. Seashells scattered along the shore indicate its richness and diversity.

The accommodation starts with the Superior room, offering a view of the swimming pool and spanning approximately 32 square meters. You can choose between a single or double bed.

The Executive Suite features a bathtub and is spacious, clearly divided into distinct areas: bedroom, bathroom, and living room.

The Beachfront Villa is truly the best option available. It is a two-story villa located right on the beachfront, offering clear and stunning views of the sea. It is nestled under large trees, providing ample shade. This villa features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Dining at ‘Saint Tropez Beach Hotel’ offers an incredibly relaxing beach hotel atmosphere, where you can forget about all your stresses and simply unwind. It’s perfect for enjoying the view and food right by the beach. The hotel’s restaurant serves both indoor and outdoor dining options, but I highly recommend the outdoor experience. It’s truly delightful, especially during sunset, providing a very chill atmosphere.

Come to ‘Saint Tropez Beach Hotel’ and capture a moment at its landmark spot.

Every holiday, I tend to gain weight, usually 1 or 2 kilograms each time. So, we both need to control our weight a bit. Therefore, let’s wake up early and head straight to the fitness center. It’s a small-sized fitness center, but the exercise equipment is ready to use. There’s also space for golfing.

For breakfast, we have an à la carte menu. However, beverages and various cereals are self-service.

You can order more than one dish. If you’re still not full, feel free to order almost enough to fill the table!

Speaking of the best, I have to mention the brownies here. They’re incredibly delicious, rich in chocolate flavor, and wonderfully dense without being overly sweet.

People might not know that the opposite side of the hotel is also part of ‘Saint Tropez Beach Hotel,’ offering accommodation. This includes the quaint little café, Le Car Fe. Yes, it’s really a Car Fe because they’ve adorned the place with cute vintage cars as decorations. Moreover, inside the café, there’s a concept of small model cars decorated. After checking out, it’s worth stopping by to refuel before hitting the road. They offer a variety of drinks so you can drive without feeling drowsy.

The beautifully designed accommodations amidst the jungle and the resort’s eco-friendly concept make Bangkok Tree House one of the sought-after retreats for travelers seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life for a day. It offers a chance to unwind with sustainable tourism experiences in a place filled with intriguing stories. Bangkok Tree House is where you want to be.

“Bangkok Tree House” is located in Bang Nam Phueng Subdistrict, Samut Prakan Province, which is still considered part of Bangkok’s lungs. This area retains its greenery and traditional community lifestyle. Therefore, it’s not surprising to find that Bang Nam Phueng community is quite rural, despite being not too far from the urban developments of Bangkok, separated only by the Chao Phraya River. When traveling to the resort, you cannot park your car directly at the resort. Instead, you can park at the Bang Nam Phueng temple outside and then take a motorcycle taxi to the resort. Just inform them that you are a guest at the resort, and there will be no charge.

Perhaps it’s the trade-off for the secluded location inaccessible by car, but in return, Bangkok Tree House offers a sense of privacy and tranquility. There’s no disruptive noise from cars, only the soothing sounds of birdsong and rustling leaves as the wind blows. Occasionally, you might hear the distant hum of a passing boat, but that’s about it.

The check-in area serves as both a lobby, café, and dining room.

The accommodation offers two types of rooms: Tree Top Nest and Bee Hive. The room available for our review is a Tree Top Nest. Each room has the same layout but differs in decoration details. Rooms are named after nature elements such as Bird’s Nest, Butterfly, Bee, and Ant, reflecting the natural theme of the accommodation. The rooms are styled like a duplex, with the bathroom on the lower level. The bathrooms are particularly exotic, as you can bathe while enjoying views of the trees, using curtains as privacy from the outside. They are very sexy bathrooms, with breathtaking views. However, it’s not recommended for elderly guests because of the stairs. The design is indeed very cool and beautiful, but elderly guests might find it difficult to climb. Elderly guests may opt for the Bee Hive rooms, which are more suitable for family vacations. Let’s talk about the upper floor. It’s a bedroom with a wide balcony and a set of chairs for enjoying nature views. What we love most, though, is the rooftop deck, which is the highlight of the stay. Sitting up there, feeling the wind, lying down to gaze at the sky and the drifting leaves—this is all we need for a perfect holiday.

Pattaya is a must-visit destination right now, but keep it a secret! The Pattaya beaches have become much more orderly, with beautifully paved beachside walkways perfect for leisurely strolls or cycling, free from obstructive vendors. The beachfront is wide and ideal for water activities, with clean sands and clear sea waters. This time, we stayed at the “A-One New Wing Hotel Pattaya” to fully enjoy the beach up close. It’s just a short walk across the road, and the resort truly is in a prime location.

The “A-One New Wing Hotel Pattaya” evokes a feeling of seaside relaxation. The atmosphere is akin to sailing leisurely across the ocean on a luxurious yacht. The building itself is designed to resemble a large-sized yacht, decorated in modern style with marine-themed blue and white tones.

The rooms are designed with a clean and crisp blue-white color scheme, offering a refreshing ambiance. All rooms, including the Deluxe type, have been newly decorated. They come in both single and double bed configurations, with a room size of 32 square meters. Each room features a bathtub, Rain Shower, and a balcony for enjoying the view. What I particularly like is the bedding set – it’s very soft, fragrant, and impeccably clean.

Fat Coco is a vibrant café with a tropical style. It’s owned by the same group as the hotel, A-One Group, and it’s located right next to the hotel. It’s a very charming café, perfect for relaxing with a drink, listening to music, and enjoying a poolside atmosphere.

I want to experience the epitome of Thailand’s sea. When it comes to finding beautiful beaches with clear turquoise waters, it has to be Phi Phi Island. This is the ultimate amalgamation of natural beauty crafted by nature itself. It’s truly a paradise. For this trip, we’re staying at Phi Phi The Beach Resort, one of the prominent resorts on the island. Here, my friends and I will get to witness the breathtaking view of the bay sprawled right in front of us, with its long stretches of white sandy beaches and mesmerizingly beautiful sea that will leave us speechless.
