Woohoo! Finally unlocked and feeling ecstatic! My body is craving some serious Vitamin Sea. It’s definitely time to find a place to unwind. So, where else can we have some fun during this period if not at Turtle Island? Because that place has the best weather from July to August. You can travel there almost all year round to sunbathe, dive, and swim. The atmosphere at Koh Tao is just amazing. Don’t hesitate, pack your bags and head to Koh Tao now! For accommodation, we’re aiming for stunning views and delicious food, so let’s stay at “Blue Heaven Resort Koh Tao.”
Not being able to visit Koh Tao and enjoy the view here is such a pity. The scenery is breathtaking and mesmerizing. The crystal-clear blue water transitions from light blue to deep blue, creating a stunning gradient. As the sunlight hits the sea, it sparkles and shimmers. The gentle sea breeze adds to the tranquil atmosphere, making it perfect to sit here all day long.
The welcome drink here is a refreshing lemonade. Sipping on it while enjoying the view will instantly make your fatigue disappear. This spot serves as both a lobby, a dining area, and a viewpoint.
For lunch, I recommend dining at the resort’s restaurant. It’s decorated in a vintage style and has plenty of antiques and old items on display for you to enjoy.
The tantalizing aroma is starting to fill the air, tempting your taste buds and making you hungry. Everything on the menu is freshly prepared, featuring authentic Southern Thai cuisine bursting with bold flavors. There’s also a variety of Central Thai dishes to choose from. The food is incredibly delicious, perhaps because it’s seasoned just the way you like it.
As for desserts, they are absolutely impressive! Fragrant, tender, and irresistibly sweet.
Your accommodation is in a duplex-style suite with two levels. The lower level features a bed, and it’s understood that for the third guest, they can comfortably sleep downstairs without needing an extra bed. The bathroom is also located on this floor. There’s a balcony offering beautiful views. The upper level has a cozy loft-style bed with a thick, soft mattress. From this bed, you can enjoy a stunning 180-degree sea view. The overall feel of the accommodation is like staying in a tropical villa, nestled in the midst of the jungle, with the sea right in front of you.
The resort ambiance is serene, and being here feels like engaging in a workout session. One signature activity on Koh Tao is hiking up the hills because the accommodations are often situated on elevated terrain. However, guests willingly undertake this hike because staying atop a hill provides breathtaking views of the sea.
Near the resort, there is a breathtaking viewpoint, one of the most beautiful on Koh Tao. Even though the sun may be scorching, don’t give in because the intense sunlight makes for the most stunning photographs. If you choose to stay here, you can inquire about island tours with the resort owner. Their recommendations are excellent, and you’ll receive plenty of useful tips for exploring Koh Tao.
Another recommendation is the West Coast viewpoint. This is another popular spot for taking in the scenery. Two rocks lean against each other, forming a passage through which you can walk to reach a spacious platform where you can sit and enjoy the view.
For dinner tonight, we decided to change things up and head to a pizza restaurant. We opted for authentic Italian pizza served on a large platter. If you’re on Koh Tao and craving pizza, I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed!
At “Blue Heaven Resort Koh Tao,” breakfast is served à la carte, but the portions are generous. The food remains delicious as always. Enjoying breakfast with a sea view like this is exactly what a relaxing day off is all about.
“Blue Heaven Resort Koh Tao” is a perfect starting point for exploring the island. If you’re up for some adventure, renting a scooter to tour around the island can be a lot of fun. You can visit places like Sairee Beach, experience the vibrant atmosphere of Koh Tao, and witness its diverse colors. The island attracts visitors of all shapes and sizes, possibly because it’s a paradise for divers. Most tourists who come here are fit and active, ready to explore both land and sea.
Cool cafes on Koh Tao also exist.
For diving trips, I recommend “Koh Tao Diamond Tours.” They offer affordable prices and take you to five highlight diving spots around Koh Tao. They also include a visit to Nangyuan Island, which is incredibly beautiful. Don’t miss the chance to explore Nangyuan Island when you visit Koh Tao. Additionally, they will take you diving at Mango Bay, Hin Wong Bay, Shark Bay, and Aow Leuk Bay. They say you can spot both green turtles and small harmless sharks that come to greet swimmers. However, you might not have enough time to take photos.
For us, Koh Tao is a small island that holds so much wonder. It offers a laid-back vibe perfect for continuous exploration. It’s no surprise if someone visits once and then wants to stay longer or keep coming back for more. With its stunning sea, fine white sandy beaches, and abundant natural beauty, along with delicious food, it’s easy to fall in love with Koh Tao like this.
