Another incredibly charming benefit is the complimentary welcome food provided by the hotel. Guests can receive it at the dining room, and the offering changes daily. Today’s treat is crispy and delicious vegetable spring rolls.
Continuing with dinner, I must say that opting to dine at the hotel is convenient, reasonably priced, and offers a great atmosphere. It might be challenging to find equally delicious options nearby. The Traveler’s restaurant, situated by the poolside with a view of the sea, serves authentic Thai cuisine that definitely satisfies Thai taste buds. Today’s set menu includes a large prawn soup with Acacia pennata leaves, which is a rare find and incredibly delicious. The fresh prawns are firm, and the spicy salad is bursting with flavor. Following that, there’s fried squid with herbs, a sour curry with shrimp and Acacia pennata leaves, which substitutes for coriander, and a delightful drunkard’s stir-fry with pork. I highly recommend trying all four dishes; they are incredibly delicious and definitely worth it. You won’t be disappointed!
