The 6-bedroom villa consists of a group of smaller individual villas separated from each other, arranged around a private swimming pool. There are two-story building units with a central dining area on the ground floor and a rooftop terrace above. This zone of villas provides a high level of privacy.

For the 7-bedroom villa, it is divided into two zones: a main house with 3 bedrooms and a smaller villa with 1 bedroom, separated into another 4 units. In this central area, there is ample space including relaxation terraces by the pool, a drink bar, barbecue grilling area, outdoor lounge sofas, indoor sitting area, kitchen, and dining room. Each room has its own bathroom. This setup is suitable for beach parties, pool parties, or gatherings for large groups of friends or extended families.
